How we Work
Our aim is to build a long term trusting relationship and to help you plan properly for the future.
We aim to establish your confidence in our ability to help you achieve your financial objectives and that going forward you know your financial future is in safe hands. To help achieve this we adopt the following planning process:
Discovery Meeting
Your first meeting is held at our expense and without obligation. This meeting gives you the opportunity to tell us about the issues and financial objectives that are important to you. We will ask you for a brief overview of your personal/business financial position plus details of any current financial planning arrangements that you have in place. At the end of this meeting, if we both agree that we would like to work together, we will agree a fee structure for the work to be carried out on your behalf.
You can then decide whether to appoint us immediately or take further time to consider our initial proposals.
Once a fee structure has been agreed we will write to obtain detailed information on existing policies/investments managed by other companies on your behalf.
In addition we will confirm with you more detailed personal information on your long term plans.
Strategy Meeting
On receipt of all the information required we will arrange a further meeting to clarify and confirm our mutual understanding of your current position. We will then discuss and agree the most appropriate way of bridging the gap between where you are now and where you want to be in the future.
Implementation
Assuming you are in agreement with our recommendations we will arrange a further meeting to put in to place our proposals and complete any necessary paperwork.
Financial Planning Report
Once are proposals are put in place you will receive a detailed report on the investment structure that will help meet your long term objectives.
Ongoing Service and Review Meetings
Clearly putting a strategy in place is only the start. We strongly believe that to ensure the plans implemented meet your objectives they need to be reviewed and refined regularly. The frequency of these meetings is agreed individually however they should be at least annually.
